RETURN POLICYWe are happy to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact us before you return the item at email@example.com. We will provide you with return instructions. All orders must be shipped back insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. Upon return we will contact you with exchange information or a refund. Shipping and handling and processing fees are not included in refund amounts. Items purchased on markdown (including coupon code discounts) are considered FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange. Only purchases made through this website are eligible for returns or exchanges processing if they qualify. Purchases made from outside stores or websites are not eligible for return or exchange.
Allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
SHIPPINGOrders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed from San Francisco, CA. All shipments within the U.S. are sent by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground unless otherwise instructed. Signature required. Residents of California will 8.75% sales tax on their purchase.
International shipments will be sent USPS First Class International mail unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. For buyers interested in Delivery Confirmation/Tracking, USPS Global Express is the only shipping method which includes these services.
