SHIPPING
We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We are a small team. We typically process orders in 1-3 business days. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sales. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. Please note that once an order is scanned by the carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Micaela Greg is no longer liable.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade to express shipping or request a signature confirmation please contact us at info@micaelagreg.com for a quote.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping.
For buyers interested in Delivery Confirmation/Tracking, USPS Global Express is the only shipping method which includes these services. If you wish to upgrade please contact us at info@micaelagreg.com for a quote.
International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country. The purchase price does not include taxes or import duties.
International deliveries that are refused and returned to sender will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
PACKAGING
We strive to use a minimal and sustainable approach when it comes to our packaging. When possible we use recyclable, plastic-free, or compostable materials.
Our mailers are made from 100% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable.
We use a variety of protective packaging for our garments. Many of our garments are packaged in a reusable cotton dust bag; others are shipped in a biodegradable bag from The Better Packaging Co that can be home composted.
We continue to research and test new packaging options as they become available. Recently we have begun shipping some garments in curbside recyclable glassine bags.
